My goal for today was to run 5 1/2 miles. I made my goal. So, my goal for next Sunday is to run 10K (6.2 miles). I walk three days a week and run 3-4. But I’ve decided that on my walking days, I’m going to run a mile first. I want to bring my mile time to 8 minutes.
I don’t have much more to say now.
